Bear Tire is hiring a skilled Mechanic to join our team. In this role, youll perform diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on a variety of vehicles, including light, medium, and heavy-duty trucks. We provide the tools and a supportive, safety-focused environment to help you succeed and grow.

What Youll Do:
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on various vehicle types
- Diagnose and repair engine, drivetrain, and chassis issues
- Work on light, medium, and heavy-duty trucks
- Use hand and power tools to complete repairs efficiently
- Communicate with team members and customers about repair needs
- Provide roadside service when required
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
What Were Looking For:
- Experience in automotive diagnostics and repair
- Diesel experience is a plus
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid drivers license
- High school diploma or equivalent
