Job Overview
We are seeking an energetic and personable Bartender to join our vibrant hospitality team! Duties

• Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic options, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met.
• Use POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process orders accurately and efficiently.
• Engage with guests in a friendly manner, providing excellent customer service that encourages repeat visits.
• Manage multiple tables or bar stations with effective time management skills, ensuring prompt service during busy hours.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety and food handling regulations.
• Handle cash transactions accurately through cashiering and cash handling procedures while balancing registers at shift end.
• Assist with food service and catering events when needed, including banquet or nightclub settings.
• Monitor alcohol consumption responsibly, adhering to all legal requirements for serving alcohol in various settings such as nightclubs or restaurants.
• Support team members by sharing knowledge of brewing techniques or retail math when applicable.

Qualifications

• Proven experience working as a bartender in a fast-paced environment such as fine dining, nightclubs, or banquet settings.
• Familiarity with POS systems including Aloha POS and Micros POS is highly preferred.
• Strong time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during peak hours.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly and professionally.
• Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures.
• Experience in food industry roles such as food service or catering is advantageous.
• Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math calculations, and tab management.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends in hospitality settings like nightclubs or restaurants.
• Nice-to-have skills include experience with brewing processes, banquet experience, retail math proficiency, and familiarity with serving in diverse hospitality environments. Pay: $20.47 - $24.65 per hour
