WHAT WILL YOU BE RESPONSIBLE FOR?
- Lead biweekly SEO strategy/content sessions with business units, ensuring alignment with overall SEO goals.
- Execute on-page and technical SEO tasks, including keyword research, content optimization, and site audits.
- Build and maintain SEO reports and dashboards; analyze performance data to identify trends and opportunities.
- Conduct competitive research and analysis using tools such as Similarweb, Conductor, SEMRush, etc. to track market share and identify growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with content, merchandising, and development teams to implement SEO recommendations.
- Monitor site health and identify issues related to indexing, crawlability, and technical performance.
- Stay current on SEO trends, algorithm updates, and industry best practices; share insights with the team.
- Support the SEO Manager with ad hoc analysis and special projects as needed.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field preferred.
- 1–3 years of experience in SEO or digital marketing.
- Strong analytical skills; ability to interpret data and provide actionable recommendations.
- Familiarity with SEO tools such as Google Search Console, Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or similar.
- Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
