What can you expect in as a Bar Back at Cigars International?
- Maintain fully stocked ice bins, liquor wells, and beer coolers for the bartenders.
- Support cocktail servers by clearing tables.
- Assist in trash and recycling disposal as required.
- Communicate potential issues to the Manager on Duty.
- Aid in managing unruly patrons when necessary.
- Rotate kegs as needed.
- Contribute to the bussing, cleaning, and stocking of glassware.
- Keep the sales and service floor free from debris.
- Uphold cleanliness standards throughout the facility.
(Qualifications/Experience)
- Preferred minimum of one year experience in the Bar/Restaurant industry.
- Comfortable lifting objects weighing up to 50 pounds.
- Positive and resilient personality with a "never quit" attitude.
- Capability to walk, stand, and frequently handle heavy items within a fast-paced, demanding environment.
- Availability to work during peak hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
