- Design Print Collateral: Create various marketing and promotional materials, including brochures, flyers, posters, banners, direct mail and billboards to support our branding and outreach efforts.
- Develop Digital Visual Content: Collaborate closely with senior designers and project managers to craft visual content for social media, websites, email campaigns and other digital platforms.
- Technical Design: Create graphics that convey technical information, data, or concepts to an audience in a clear, concise and easily understandable manner.
- Conceptualize and Execute: Participate in brainstorming sessions and provide creative ideas for new design projects. Transform conceptual ideas into visually captivating designs that align with project goals.
- Brand Consistency: Apply brand guidelines consistently across all design projects.
- Image Enhancement and Manipulation: Edit and retouch images as necessary to achieve exceptional visual quality. This may include cropping, resizing and color correction.
- Deadline Adherence: Efficiently manage your workload, meet project deadlines, and proactively communicate if adjustments are needed.
- File Management: Uphold a file management system to keep design assets easily accessible and well-organized.
- Stay Informed: Stay current on industry trends and emerging design technologies to enhance your design skills and contribute innovative ideas to the team.
- Professional Development: Take advantage of learning opportunities and resources to advance your career.
- 2-5 years of experience.
- Advanced knowledge of InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop.
- Ability to apply design skills to any medium.
- Excellent organizational skills, the ability to self-manage a weekly work schedule, handle a diverse workload, and complete projects on time.
- Ability to balance working independently and collaborating with other team members.
- Commitment to quality and strong attention to detail.
- Flexible and able to adapt to meet tight deadlines and evolving client needs.
- Ready to bring enthusiasm and passion to even the smallest of projects.
- Prior experience with WordPress.
- Design experience in PowerPoint and Word.
- Familiarity with Sketch or Figma.
- Knowledge of designing with accessibility in mind.
- Illustration experience.
- Basic understanding of web technologies (HTML, CSS, etc.)
- Motion graphics development.
- UX/UI experience.
- Photography capabilities.
- Videography and/or video production knowledge.
- Experience with mapping frameworks such as GIS (Geographic Information Systems) and OpenStreetMap.

Salary Range: $50,000 – $68,000
