Executive Chef – Heritage Chophouse
Heritage Chophouse, a new upscale steakhouse concept from Culinary Innovations Group, is seeking an Executive Chef to lead the opening of our first location in Starkville, Mississippi, followed by additional expansion throughout the Southeast. This is a rare opportunity to help build a brand from the ground floor — not simply manage an existing restaurant.
The ideal candidate will have:
- 5 years of fine dining management experienceStrong knowledge of wine, spirits, and elevated service standards
- Proven leadership and team development skills
- Experience opening restaurants or leading large hospitality teams
- A passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences
- Deep knowledge of steak grades, cuts, origins and styles of high temperature cooking
- Connections with premium vendors and local and national ranches
- Standards equal to prime steakhouse vibe and offerings
