What You'll Do
Deliver Personalized Wealth Management Advice
- Develop and maintain trusted relationships with high-net-worth individuals and families.
- Create and implement comprehensive financial plans tailored to client objectives.
- Provide guidance on investment management, retirement planning, tax-efficient strategies, risk management, estate planning, and wealth preservation.
- Conduct regular client reviews and discuss strategies that support clients' financial objectives.
Drive Organic Growth
- Deepen relationships with existing clients and uncover additional planning opportunities.
- Partner with firm leadership to support business development initiatives.
- Cultivate relationships with centers of influence, referral partners, and prospective clients.
- Represent the firm professionally in networking and community engagement opportunities.
Lead and Mentor
- Serve as a role model and resource for associate and emerging advisors.
- Share best practices and contribute to advisor development.
- Support a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Contribute to Firm Leadership
- Provide input on strategic initiatives, client experience enhancements, and growth opportunities.
- Help advance operational excellence and firm-wide objectives.
- Participate as a key contributor in the continued evolution of the organization.

Compensation & Benefits
We offer a competitive compensation package designed to reward performance and support long-term success, including:
- Compensation: $105,000 - $140,000 base salary plus performance-based incentive compensation. In addition to base compensation, advisors may be eligible for incentive compensation based on individual and firm performance.

Qualifications
Required
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field.
- 7 years of experience in wealth management, financial planning, or financial advisory services.
- Series 65 license or ability to obtain.
- Strong knowledge of financial planning and investment management principles.
- Exceptional relationship management and communication skills.
- Proven ability to work independently while thriving within a collaborative team environment.
Preferred
- CFP®, CFA®, CPA, or other advanced professional designations.
- Experience working with high-net-worth individuals and families.
- Demonstrated success in business development and client relationship expansion.
- Leadership or mentoring experience.
