Role Summary
As a Commercial Truck Driver, you serve as a vital link in our supply chain, responsible for the safe and efficient transport of fluids to and from well sites. This role demands unwavering adherence to Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations, internal company safety policies, and site-specific operational protocols. Whether you are an industry veteran or a motivated new driver, you will be expected to uphold our commitment to compliance and site safety at every turn.
Key Responsibilities
Safe Vehicle Operation: Operate heavy-duty commercial vehicles in full compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations.
Field Logistics: Safely navigate diverse and challenging terrains, including rural roads, off-road conditions, and active well-pad sites, while maintaining constant awareness of traffic patterns and "line-of-fire" hazards.
Fluid & Load Management: Manage the secure loading and unloading of water, strictly adhering to established connection procedures and conducting thorough pressure verification before and during transfer.
Safety & Compliance: Actively participate in mandatory safety briefings, maintain precise electronic logs, and strictly follow all company protocols regarding distracted driving and drug/alcohol testing. Promptly report any incidents or near-misses.
Equipment Upkeep: Conduct rigorous pre-trip and post-trip inspections of vehicle systems—including brakes, tires, lights, and fluids—to ensure mechanical readiness. Report maintenance needs immediately.
Qualifications
Licensure: Valid Class A or B Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) with a Tanker endorsement.
Experience: Previous experience in the oil and gas industry is highly valued. We are committed to supporting professional growth and welcome applications from entry-level drivers who have recently obtained their CDL.
Mindset: A non-negotiable commitment to a "safety-first" culture.
Physical Stamina: Ability to perform essential physical tasks, including hose connection and load securing, in all types of weather conditions.
