Position Summary:
Seeking an Associate Bank Loan Closer with 3-5 years of experience, preferably acquired in a buy-side firm, and solid CLO Middle Office experience. This is a great opportunity for anyone looking to learn and grow with our Middle Office team.
Responsibilities:
- Oversight of all bank loan settlements based on the assigned issuers including:
- Managing open trades with counterparties / agents for execution
- Cash management across warehouses / funds ahead of settlements
- Weekly open trade reporting
- Working with vendor regarding all bank loan settlements and answering queries
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years in a similar role at a buy-side firm.
- Excellent communications skills
- Strong Excel and technology skills
- Knowledge of bank loan operations
- Knowledge of Bank Loan closings, restructurings, and other non-vanilla transactions
- Knowledge of Wall Street Office administrator or other portfolio administration system modules is strongly preferred
