What you'll be doing

As a Client Success Specialist you’ll work directly with our worldwide clients to help them achieve maximum value from our platform. This role involves a variety of daily activities that includes on-boarding, implementation, training, accounting support, software QA/troubleshooting, project management and more. You will also play a critical role working with our engineering team providing input and feedback for continued product development, strategic planning and decision making. In summary you will:

  • Respond to daily inquiries from clients that are using our platform.
  • Conduct live training sessions, and create self-help resources.
  • Help troubleshoot usability, reporting and reconciliation issues.
  • Manage support cases and engage in specialty client projects.
  • Provide guidance on integrating and adapting our solution to meet business requirements.
  • Work with our engineering team to address issues and improve our platform.
  • Meet with stakeholders to scope future projects and make recommendations.


What we're looking for

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, accounting, or related field.
  • 1 years of relevant experience working with clients in operations, customer service, project management, or related field preferable at a technology company.
  • Any experience with accounting software such as QuickBooks or ERP systems.
  • Comfortable working with Excel to analyze and manipulate data.
  • Analytical thinking and problem-solving is your strength.
  • Exceptional written, verbal, and phone skills.
