Cielo Behavioral Health is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst for an independent contractor engagement to help us reimagine ABA beyond the traditional 40-hour clinic model, blending clinic-based work with meaningful home, school, and community services.
Our approach is built around:
- Serving populations often underserved by the ABA industry, including non-ASD, older children, teenagers, and adults
- Prioritizing generalization through strong parent training and real-world application in homes, schools, and community settings
- Preparing learners for real-world readiness through innovative programming, including our Early Skills program in a mock classroom environment
This role is ideal for a BCBA who values flexibility, innovation, and meaningful clinical impact without being tied to a rigid clinic schedule.
What You’ll Do
As an independent contractor, you will:
- Provide parent training sessions, both remotely and in person
- Offer supervision and clinical guidance to RBTs and individuals accruing BCBA supervision hours
- Collaborate with caregivers, educators, and other stakeholders to develop and support effective behavior plans
- Participate in pre-scheduled clinical consultation and case review meetings
- Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation related to client and caregiver progress
Who We’re Looking For
- Active BCBA certification in good standing
- Minimum of 3 years of experience delivering ABA services and parent training across varied age groups and environments
- Experience working with early learners, teens, and adults strongly preferred
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative, supportive clinical style
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a broader clinical team
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to client locations as needed
