Viral Social Media, Instagram & TikTok Intern

We're seeking a Viral Content Architect ... a social-first intern who lives and breathes short-form video, trend spotting, and platform psychology. This role is for someone who doesn’t just use TikTok and Instagram… they study them. You’ll be embedded in our content team, helping engineer Reels and TikToks that spark engagement, brand lift, and revenue.

Note: This is an unpaid, 3-month internship. The value lies in the portfolio you’ll build, the brands you’ll touch, and the mentorship you’ll receive from strategists and creators scaling 8-figure accounts.

• What You’ll Work OnResearch emerging trends, hooks, and formats across TikTok and Instagram
• Assist in scripting, editing, and publishing short-form videos that align with client strategies
• Ideate viral content frameworks and A/B test them for performance
• Collaborate with creative and strategy teams to develop on-brand yet attention-grabbing posts
• Track analytics to identify performance patterns and suggest optimizations
• Participate in brainstorms for luxury campaigns across sectors like wellness, yachting, fintech, and SaaS

• Understand the nuances of TikTok and IG Reels algorithms
• Know how to tell a story in 15 seconds or less
• Have created or contributed to content with 10K views (bonus if it’s hit 1M )
• Are obsessed with pop culture, memes, and fast-moving internet dynamics
• Are self-starting, fast-learning, and thrive in a creative, fast-paced environment
