- Provides formal training for all servers to provide a great experience for all residents and

- Ensure that all food & beverage venues in the dining room are clean and well maintained

- Attends and participates in required meetings and training.
- Complies with state sanitation codes.
- Maintains inventory control, places food/supply orders with kitchen, verifies that items
- Reports problems, concerns, issues observed with food or beverage service and
- Observes changes in resident status, needs, or preferences and communicates with
- Records resident information as required.
- Avoids loss, breakage, and waste of supplies and equipment.
- Adheres to procedures for fire, life, safety, disaster, security, worker safety and other
