Responsibilities:
- Greet visitors and respond to their inquiries about the property.
- Assist residents, family members, and guests with general requests.
- Arrange tours for individuals making spontaneous visits or those who have made an appointment.
- Answer telephones, record information, and channel calls accordingly.
- Display knowledge of our services and programs, as well as other pertinent information about the property.
- Perform various tasks related to office operations, such as handling mail, stamps, copies, and maintaining the reception area.
- Process incoming mail, sort it, and distribute it to mailboxes.
- Maintain the reception area in a neat and orderly fashion, ensuring that it is free of excessive or outdated literature.
- Provide assistance in the dining room during meal service.
- Support our marketing efforts by interacting positively with visitors and residents during tours and telephone contacts.
- Communicate any observed or suspected resident changes in condition to a supervisor immediately.
- Maintain a safe work environment for all staff, residents, and guests, following established safety standards.
- Encourage teamwork through cooperative interactions with colleagues and other departments.
