SUMMARY:
The Group Coordinator will support a group of high energy Group and Private Driver Specialists. The candidate will need to have strong clerical, communication, and customer service skills. They will be cross trained in several sectors within the department and may be assigned a specific area to support based on volume and needs. The role will be required to assist the specialists with all aspects of a group and/or private driver reservation.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following:
- Provide support to your assigned specialists
- Client interaction via phone and email
- Attend regular team meetings
- Conduct weekly follow up calls with clients, as needed
- Complete revisions/amendments to client agreements
- Maintain hotel rooming lists
- Review and prepare final documentation for all travelers
- Add hotels, visits and set pricing on our internal systems
- Prepare and send passenger invoices
- Process passenger cancellations
- Input air confirmations and/or flight details
- Update proposal templates
- Prepare and send quotes & confirmations on behalf of the specialists
- Create and review custom flyers from templates
- Answer helpdesk calls and emails for client travel agents booking online
- Provide assistance to specialists with travel Itineraries
- Other duties may be assigned
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
- High School graduate, bachelor’s or associate degree preferred, or four years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Team-Oriented with above average interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Products
- Knowledge of Salesforce, Travefy, Zendesk or Softtrip is a plus
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 37.5 per week
