Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Accounting Specialist to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in various accounting disciplines, including account payable, account receivable, experience in inventory and PO management. Duties
- Perform general ledger accounting, account reconciliation, and journal entries to ensure accurate financial records.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable processes with precision and timeliness.
- Conduct bank reconciliations, balance sheet reconciliation, and cash flow analysis to maintain financial integrity.
- Assist with internal audits, external audits, and regulatory reporting requirements.
- Maintain thorough documentation of financial and accounting aspects.
- Contribute to special projects.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Proven experience in accounting, manufacturing industry experience is needed.
- Experience with account reconciliation (general ledger), journal entries, budgeting & forecasting.
- Excellent analytical skills.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail; ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently.
