Cider Lab is a small batch cidery tasting room and restaurant located in Spotsylvania, VA.

Key Responsibilities
- Greet guests promptly and present menus in a welcoming and professional manner
- Provide knowledgeable recommendations about cider, food, and specials
- Use suggestive selling techniques to promote featured items, add-ons, and premium options
- Maintain a personable, warm, and engaging table presence
- Accurately take and deliver food and drink orders in a high-volume environment
- Manage multiple tables efficiently while maintaining service quality
- Work collaboratively and communicate clearly with kitchen staff, bartenders, and teammates
- Maintain clean and organized tables and service areas at all times
- Check food and beverage quality before delivering to guests
- Present checks and process payments accurately and efficiently
- Follow all health department and food safety regulations
Ideal Candidate
- Previous serving experience required (high-volume restaurant experience strongly preferred)
- Able to stay organized and calm under pressure during busy shifts
- Strong multitasking and time-management skills
- Positive attitude and team-first mentality
- Comfortable talking about menu items, beverages, and making recommendations
- Reliable, professional, and guest-focused
