We are seeking a skilled MIG Welder to join our team in Denton, NC. The ideal candidate will have experience in MIG welding and be able to read and interpret blueprints and schematics.
Responsibilities:
- Perform MIG welding on various metal components
- Read and interpret blueprints and schematics
- Layout, position, align and secure parts and assemblies prior to welding using straightedges, combination squares and tape measures
- Finish dressing all completed welds and deburr all sharp edges
- Ensure all welds meet quality standards
- Operate welding equipment safely and efficiently
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in MIG welding (skid steer attachments preferred)
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
