As a Manager, you’ll be the heartbeat of the restaurant, leading a rockstar team and creating experiences that keep families coming back for more.

- Lead with food safety excellence — because nothing ruins a party like poor sanitation. Follow Georgia Health Department regs and Cicis food handling rules like a boss.
Buffet Brilliance:
- Manage the buffet like a culinary conductor — ensuring fresh pies, colorful salads, and sweet treats are always ready and looking irresistible.
Smart Scheduling & Labor Control:
- Build efficient schedules that keep operations flowing and labor costs in check — all while staying in tune with Georgia labor laws.
Master Inventory & Minimize Waste:
- Keep the kitchen stocked (but never overstocked). Control food and supply costs like a pro.
Crush the Numbers:
- Track sales, labor, food costs, and more. Analyze reports. Hit targets. Make decisions that move the needle.

- Oversee the cleanliness and upkeep of the restaurant, game room, restrooms, and kitchen. If something’s broken, you’re on it.

- Ensure timely deliveries, resolve issues, and build strong partnerships with vendors.

What You Need to Succeed:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1–2 years of restaurant leadership experience preferred
- Basic skills in Microsoft Word & Excel
- Valid state-issued driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Ability to travel to nearby locations if needed
- Current auto insurance
- Must pass a background check
- ServSafe or state food safety certification (or willingness to get certified)
