As we enter our 21st year at Cicis in Metairie, we are looking for an Assistant Manager who will have the overall responsibility for directing the daily operations of a restaurant in the General Manager's absence, ensuring compliance with company standards in all areas of operation, including product preparation and delivery, customer relations, restaurant maintenance and repair, inventory management, team management, recruiting and retention of team members, financial accountability, ensuring that the highest quality products and services are delivered to each customer and other duties as required or assigned.
As a member of a 2-manager Team, Your Assistant Manager schedule would "shadow" the General Manager's schedule. The General Manager at this location has over 20-yrs experience with Cicis. Our typical Assistant Manager schedule has You working "3 Open to Closes" plus the PM Shift on Friday. This leaves you with 3 full days off per week! Your typical schedule would be the following:
AM: MON: OFF / TUE: 9a-10.30p / WED: OFF / THU: 9a-10.30p / FRI: 3p-10.30p / SAT: OFF / SUN: 9a-10.30p = 48-hrs / week
GM: MON: 8a-10.30p / TUE: OFF / WED: 9a-10.30p / THU: OFF / FRI: 9a-8.00p / SAT: 9a-10.30p / SUN: OFF = 49-hrs / week
The GM at this location is very flexible with Manager Scheduling, making it easy to "switch or trade" days off in order to meet out of work obligations; or, simply take a 3-day mini-vacation! This management schedule has been successfully utilized by Cicis Managers for over 30-years. As stated earlier, it provides an opportunity for each Manager to "OWN" His/Her shift & really make an personal impact on the level of Quality, Service and Cleanliness provided to our Guests! The manager You'd be replacing worked this schedule for 16 years...
