What are the responsibilities and job description for the Survey Data Collector position at CIC Research Inc.?
Job Description: Distribute and collect survey data at the international departure gates of DTW airport. Data is collected for the Survey of International Air Travelers, an on-going US Dept of Commerce, NTTO program started in 1983. Upon hiring, CIC Research will assist in acquiring the mandatory security badge needed. CIC will provide through a Teams/Zoom video training. Using a schedule of flights provided by CIC each month, the field agent will have flexibility in choosing which days to work at the airport. CIC will create monthly flight schedules. These schedules will give the field interviewer the flexibility in choosing which days to work at the airport. CIC will provide all materials needed as well as prepaid FedEx return labels.
The goal is 135 completed surveys per month.
3-5 days per month, 6-8 hours per day
CIC pays for parking, security badging, and administration time.
CIC does not pay for transportation cost to and from the airport.
Survey work is checked in at CIC and pay is made within 8-10 business days of receipt of survey work.

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 6.0 – 8.0 per week
