Responsible for managing the flow of materials and inventory within the
organization. This role involves unpacking and verifying incoming
shipments, preparing shipping labels for various carriers (USPS, UPS,
FedEx), and accurately pulling and kitting work orders. The clerk
ensures proper packaging, labeling, and bin placement of hardware,
conducts weekly cycle counts, and participates in annual inventory
audits. Additional duties include delivering items to departments,
supporting crib operations, assisting the lead with administrative tasks
such as creating ASNs and data entry in Infor, and maintaining organized
records of purchase orders. Promotes and utilizes standard safety
practices.
