Are you ready to design what’s next in wireless connectivity? We’re looking for a hands-on RF/Microwave Engineer to join our growing team and help develop the next generation of high-performance communications systems.
You’ll work on everything from antennas and amplifiers to filters, couplers, and transceivers—supporting microwave, DAS, LMR, and PTP/PMP applications. Every day, you’ll get to collaborate with talented engineers, solve complex RF challenges, and see your designs come to life in the field.

What You’ll Do:
- Design and test high-frequency RF and microwave systems
- Collaborate across teams to integrate RF subsystems into full network solutions
- Troubleshoot, optimize, and innovate new approaches to performance and efficiency
What You’ll Bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (or related field)
- 3 years of RF/microwave design and testing experience
- Strong knowledge of propagation, impedance matching, and RF measurement tools
Bonus points if you’ve worked with LTE/5G, Wi-Fi, microwave, or DAS systems—or with hardware from Nokia, Motorola, Cambium, or Commscope.
