- Partner directly with VP Channel Sales, Costco to manage day-to-day analytical and administrative needs for one of our largest and most strategic retail accounts
- Work with broker partners across relevant accounts to support new item setup, promotional plans, performance management, customer meeting preparations, and other support tasks
- Build and maintain weekly sales reporting, POS data trackers, and account scorecards
- Prepare customer-facing presentations, business reviews, and promotional recaps
- Monitor account performance against targets and flag risks or opportunities proactively
- Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, supply chain, finance) to support account priorities
- Support multiple NAMs with data pulls, sell-in presentations, and retailer-specific analysis
- Assist in the preparation of line review materials, new item submissions, and promotional planning documents
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Category Management, Forecasting, Trade Spend, and other internal stakeholders to support sales reporting, analysis, presentation development, and business planning initiatives while driving alignment across commercial teams.
- Respond to ad hoc data requests and help translate insights into actionable recommendations
- Aggregate and analyze syndicated data (IRI/Circana, Nielsen, SPINS) to track market trends and competitive activity
- Develop and maintain dashboards that provide clear visibility into sales performance by account, channel, and SKU
- Identify trends in velocity, distribution, and promotional lift to support strategic decision-making
- Support monthly and quarterly business reporting for leadership Requirements:
- 1–3 years of experience in a sales analyst, category analyst, or related role within CPG, food & beverage, or retail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data modeling); PowerPoint skills required
- Experience working with syndicated data platforms (IRI/Circana, Nielsen, or SPINS)
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into clear business stories
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and working across multiple departments
- Experience supporting major retail accounts such as Costco, Sam’s Club, Walmart, Target, or major grocery banners (e.g., Kroger, Whole Foods, Albertsons), a plus
- Familiarity with retail portals such as Retail Link, One Door, or Partner Online
- Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field, required What do we offer:
