This role includes managing, training, and scheduling, as well as enforcing Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and HACCP compliance to ensure all products meet food safety and quality specifications. - Ensure machines run efficiently. People Development
- Train operators to meet expectations. Continuous Improvement
- Support continuous improvement efforts with Engineering. System & Reporting
- Complete DT, KPI, and system reporting. Special Projects & Readiness
- Execute special projects and Sales Order readiness. Qualifications:
- High school diploma required
- Experienced working with manufacturing equipment and machinery and experience of manufacturing process, GMP, SOP. Experience in leading teams is essential. (3 yrs exp) Hiring Requirements:
- Ability to continuously lift up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to bend, twist, and walk throughout the shift
- Must be able to stand for the duration of the shift 8-10 hours.
- Experience working with manufacturing equipment and machinery and an understanding of manufacturing process, GMP, SOP (3 yrs exp.) What do we offer:
