This role plays a critical part in maintaining on-time transfers, supporting outbound shipments, and ensuring inventory accuracy. Key Responsibilities:

- Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts, pallet jacks, and related equipment safely and efficiently.
- Load and unload trailers, transfers, and outbound shipments according to shipping schedules.
- Move, stage, and rack pallets in designated systematic locations.
- Perform daily equipment inspections and always follow safety protocols.
- Assist in scanning, labeling, and verifying products as needed to maintain system accuracy.
- Support Shipping Supervisors with dock organization and product flow.
- Report any damages, shortages, or discrepancies immediately to supervisors. Qualifications:
- 1 year of forklift operating experience in a warehouse/distribution environment preferred.
- Strong safety awareness and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
