Production Equipment Operator – Snack Manufacturing

Where: Madison | Schedule: Full-time, On-Site

Heads up: third-shift hours receive a $2.00/hour differential (not part of the initial base rate).

• Set up, operate, and fine-tune both mechanical and computer-controlled machines to meet defined product parameters?
• Double-check that the right ingredients and labels are staged before you hit start?
• Watch line performance like a hawk and respond quickly to maintain efficiency and uptime?
• Verify seals, weights, and labels so every package matches specification and quantity targets?
• Accurately complete batch records and production documentation?
• Pitch in on changeovers and perform equipment cleaning between runs?

Do You Bring...

• A high school diploma
• 1–2 years of hands-on experience with manufacturing equipment and familiarity with manufacturing processes, GMP, and SOPs
• The stamina to stand for long stretches and the ability to lift up to 20 pounds
