Pay: Starting at $20.75 per hour
Schedule: Full-time | Monday-Friday | 1st shift ONLY
Occasional overtime may be required depending on workload

What You'll Do:
As a Mechanical Assembler, you'll play a vital role in building our innovative accessibility products. Using various tools and detailed work instructions, you'll ensure every part is assembled with care and precision.
Key responsibilities include:
- Assembling elevator components according to blueprints and SOPs
- Using hand and power tools safely and effectively
- Performing visual quality checks to ensure product integrity
- Troubleshooting assembly issues to improve efficiency
- Operating special tooling and lifting devices as needed
- Moving completed assemblies to shipping without damage
- Communicating with teammates and supporting other shifts
- Keeping your workspace clean and organized
- Participating in training and cross-training as needed
What We're Looking For:
- Prior assembly experience
- Familiarity with hand tools and power tools
- Ability to read blueprints and follow technical instructions
- High attention to detail and strong teamwork skills
- Ability to work efficiently and follow safety procedures
- High School Diploma or GED required
