Pay: Starting at $22.75 per hour
Job Type: Full-time
Schedule:
Roanoke: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
Overtime may be required based on workload
Education: High School Diploma or GED required

What You'll Do:
As a Powder Coat Painter, you'll play a hands-on role in making our products look great and perform even better. Your attention to detail and craftsmanship will help ensure our parts meet the highest quality standards.
Responsibilities include:
- Reading work orders and prepping parts for powder coating
- Applying powder coat using proper equipment and technique
- Using heat-resistant tape to protect surfaces as needed
- Operating curing ovens and performing visual inspections
- Maintaining spray booth, line, and prep areas
- Assisting with troubleshooting, rework, and filter changes
- Ensuring a clean and safe work environment
What We're Looking For:
- Previous powder coat painting experience in a manufacturing setting
- Familiarity with spray equipment and oven curing processes
- Ability to read work orders and follow written/verbal instructions
- High attention to detail and quality
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and stand for long periods
- Strong hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
- Team player with the ability to work independently
- High School Diploma or GED required
