Technical Project Manager (Agile Delivery)
Overview / Summary
We are seeking a Technical Project Manager to lead the end-to-end delivery of web portal and data platform engagements. This role is responsible for driving Agile delivery processes, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring all contractual commitments are delivered on time and with high quality.
The ideal candidate brings strong experience in managing complex technical projects, facilitating Agile ceremonies, and maintaining alignment between stakeholders, delivery teams, and client expectations.
Required Qualifications
Proven experience leading end-to-end delivery of web portal and data platform projects
Strong experience managing Agile delivery processes and sprint ceremonies
Demonstrated ability in stakeholder communication, escalation handling, and governance reporting
Experience managing risks, issues, and change requests using structured processes
Proven ability to coordinate cross-functional teams including development, data engineering, QA, and DevOps
Experience managing vendor-client dependencies and maintaining comprehensive project documentation
Strong focus on delivery execution, ensuring contractual deliverables are completed and accepted on schedule
Preferred Qualifications (Optional but Valuable)
Experience working in client-facing consulting or delivery environments
Familiarity with data platforms, analytics solutions, or cloud-based architectures (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP)
Agile certifications (e.g., Certified ScrumMaster, PMI-ACP) or PMP certification
Experience with project management and collaboration tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps)
Key Responsibilities
Lead full lifecycle delivery of web portal and data platform initiatives from project initiation through closure
Facilitate Agile sprint ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
Own stakeholder communication, including status reporting, governance updates, and escalation management
Track project milestones and proactively manage risks, issues, and change requests through formal change control processes
Coordinate cross-functional teams across development, data engineering, QA, DevOps, and client stakeholders
Manage vendor-client dependencies such as environment provisioning, data availability, UAT scheduling, and knowledge transfer sessions
Maintain and manage key project documentation including project plans, RACI matrices, risk registers, and status reports
Ensure all contractual deliverables are completed, reviewed, and formally accepted within agreed timelines
