What You'll Be Doing

What You'll Be Doing:
- Deal Support: Partner with Senior Bankers to prepare pitch materials, financial models, and relationship plans. Ensure data integrity across our CRM systems.
- Execution Support: Navigate the complexities of onboarding, including KYC/AML documentation and account opening, ensuring a frictionless experience for the client.
- Client Advocacy: Act as a tenacious problem solver. When obstacles arise, you find the path forward to keep client requests on track.
- Skill Development: actively learn the technical nuances of treasury management and deposit structuring to prepare for future advancement.
- 1-3 years of experience in banking, financial services, or a related analytical role.
- Exceptional organizational skills and a commitment to accuracy in every task
- You have a bias for action and high resilience.
- You view challenges as learning opportunities and thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
