To learn more about CIBC, please visit CIBC.com Job Description What you’ll be doing CIBC’s Small Business Treasury Management team helps businesses reach their full potential by delivering flexible treasury management solutions, dedicated business expertise and timely advice to help our clients realize their goals. As a Treasury Management Sales Advisor, you will work with banking center relationship managers to help domestic and cross border small business to find the treasury management solutions that meet their needs.. You'll work directly with clients and prospects to perform needs analysis, develop solutions related to payments and transactions, and conclude the sale of the solution. How you'll succeed Relationship building – Build relationships with small business clients by fully understanding their goals, objectives and status of the client’s business. Teamwork - Work with your team as well as other internal partners to connect clients with opportunities. Provide guidance for your clients by leveraging documentation of treasury management solutions that meets their needs. Work with the Retail Banking Relationship Managers and other internal partners to maximize sales opportunities. Deliver solutions - Proactively assess your clients’ treasury management needs and propose solutions to deliver to meet those needs. Provide continued partnership and support to your clients through understanding their goals and objectives. Communicate with your clients in order to find the right solutions. You can demonstrate experience in Commercial Banking cash management (at least 3 years).You have experience with treasury and cash management functions (payments & transactions) within mid-market and larger organizations. You’re goal oriented. You’re motivated by accomplishing your goals and delivering your best to make a difference. You have a degree/diploma in Business, Finance, Accounting or related field. It would be an asset if you have the Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) designation. Values matter to you.
