Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Rockaway, NJ. The Industrial Maintenance Specialist will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing equipment used in the manufacturing process. Key responsibilities include performing preventive maintenance tasks, assessing and fixing mechanical or technical issues, and ensuring the operational efficiency of all machinery and equipment. Qualifications
- Proficiency in Equipment Maintenance and Maintenance techniques
- Experience in performing Preventive Maintenance activities
- Skilled in Maintenance & Repair for industrial systems
- Strong abilities in Troubleshooting mechanical and technical issues
- Familiarity with manufacturing or food production equipment is a plus
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications or related training are a plus
