CI Azumano is seeking a Corporate Lead Agent to support our growing team.
The Lead Agent serves as the primary point of contact and strategic coordinator within their team, ensuring high performance, seamless operations, and exceptional service delivery. The Lead Agent serves as the subject-matter expert for corporate accounts assigned to their respective team. This role combines leadership, operational oversight, and hands-on execution to drive results and maintain quality standards.
Roles and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Mentor a team of agents, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback
- Serve as the Subject Matter Expert for the Account
- Coordinate daily operations, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and accurately
- Act as the escalation point for complex issues, resolving them with professionalism and urgency
- Communicate effectively with clients and team members
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations
- Foster a positive team culture that promotes collaboration, accountability, and growth
Basic Qualifications:
- High School diploma or GED or one to three years of related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Three to five years of corporate travel experience
- Proven technical expert and problem solver who performs with calm and confidence under pressure.
- Expert knowledge of Apollo GDS, airline travel sites, online booking tools
- Have a proven record of expert-level professional performance and unquestionable commitment to the vision, mission and values of CI Azumano Travel.
- The ability to learn new processes and procedures and apply them effectively to meet the needs of the client or the organization.
- Have consistently demonstrated outstanding interpersonal and relationship skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
