Ciarra Construction is seeking a motivated Project Engineer (PE) to join our team. We’re looking for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and committed to supporting project success. In this role, you’ll work closely with the Project Manager to help keep projects on track financially and operationally, while supporting field teams and ensuring high-quality work is delivered.

What You’ll Do:
- Keep accurate records of project progress, task completion, and costs to ensure projects stay on track.
- Track and verify that all contracted tasks are completed as planned, helping capture full project value.
- Support the Project Manager in monitoring budgets, analyzing profitability, and identifying opportunities to optimize revenue.
- Apply your knowledge of construction processes, including reading plans, understanding terminology, and following project delivery cycles.
- Help reconcile timekeeping for on-site crews, aligning hours with task progress.
What We’re Looking For:
- A candidate with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Someone who enjoys supporting project leaders. Experience or education construction, with introductory familiarity in reading plans and understanding project delivery processes.
- Assertive, organizational, and communication skills
- Comfortable with digital tools
- Construction Management, Engineering, or equivalent field experience are a plus
