What You’ll Do:
- Greet and assist patients with warmth and professionalism
- Schedule appointments and follow up on care plans
- Handle billing, collections, and insurance follow-ups
- Provide support to the clinical team
- Maintain accurate records and a clean, organized workspace
- Help foster a welcoming, upbeat environment for everyone who walks through our doors
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to learn—we train the right person!
- Reliable, positive, and team-oriented attitude
- Detail-oriented with good organizational skills
- Prior experience in healthcare or customer service is a plus, but not required
