Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Associate role based in Madison, MS. The Sales Associate will greet customers, listen to their needs, and guide them through the vehicle selection process, including test drives and feature demonstrations. Daily responsibilities include answering customer inquiries in person and by phone, maintaining product knowledge of the inventory, and presenting financing or warranty options in coordination with management or finance staff. The role also involves preparing sales paperwork, updating customer information in dealership systems, and following up with leads to support repeat and referral business. The Sales Associate will collaborate with colleagues to keep the lot and showroom organized, support promotional activities, and consistently uphold dealership policies and customer service standards.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated customer service and relationship-building skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally.
- Comfort with consultative sales, including asking discovery questions, presenting options, and addressing objections in a respectful manner.
- Basic proficiency with computers, dealership or CRM software, and the ability to learn new systems quickly.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple customers, follow-ups, and administrative tasks.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record and ability to safely operate a variety of vehicles.
