Receptionist – Full-Time or Part-Time (Flexible)
Location: Warwick, NYCompensation: $20.00 per hour (starting rate)Office Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM(Flexible scheduling available within office hours)

Responsibilities
- Greet and assist visitors, vendors, and delivery personnel in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer, screen, and route incoming phone calls
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area
- Perform general clerical duties such as filing, document preparation, and data entry
- Prepare and process invoices with accuracy and timeliness
- Enter and maintain customer and order information in company systems
- Utilize Microsoft Office 365 (including Excel) for daily administrative tasks
- Perform basic math calculations as needed
- Provide administrative support to staff and management
- Assist with special projects and cross-departmental tasks as needed
Qualifications
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Professional communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office 365
- Minimum working proficiency in Microsoft Excel (data entry, basic formulas, and spreadsheet navigation)
- High attention to detail, particularly with data entry and invoicing
- Ability to perform basic math functions
- Reliable, professional, and team-oriented with a willingness to learn
- Previous experience in an office, receptionist, or invoicing role is a plus, but not required (training provided)
