Overview
We're hiring a Production Utility Worker to join our rubber manufacturing team in Warwick, NY. In this hands-on role, you'll assist with various production and assembly tasks, maintain a clean work area, and follow safety protocols. No experience required—just a strong work ethic and willingness to learn. Steel-toed shoes are required (not provided). Full-time preferred; part-time and seasonal roles also available. Starting pay is $19.00/hr, with benefits after probation. Hours are Monday-Friday from 8am to 4:30pm

Responsibilities
- Assist in daily production operations
- Measure materials accurately
- Read and use a ruler (understanding feet vs. inches)
- Calculate square footage as needed
- Follow safety and quality standards
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Support team members to meet production goals
Qualifications
We are Looking for Candidates Who:
- Are eager to learn and grow within a manufacturing environment.
- Follow safety protocols, including always wearing steel-toed shoes and other PPE.
- Are punctual and have reliable transportation to work.
- Have a positive attitude, are a team player, and can work independently when needed.
- Strong basic math skills and be comfortable in working in a hands- on environment.
- Ability to accurately read a ruler
- Ability to calculate square footage
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs.
- Dependable, punctual, and detail-oriented
- Are at least 18 years of age.
