Title: Mechanic
Compensation: $32.00 per hour

The Mechanic primary responsibility is to maintain production equipment and ensure all machinery and mechanical
equipment are in operating conditions. The Mechanic will work closely with other Mechanics, collaborate with production
operators and General Maintenance workers, and assist with other tasks and requests as directed by the Maintenance
Supervisor and Engineering Manager, consistent with fulfilling the company objectives of efficiently managing the plant.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct all business in accordance with company policy and procedures.
- Responsible to perform troubleshooting, repair work and preventative maintenance on all production packaging, labeling
- Responsible for ensuring that all machinery is in operating order by detecting, locating source of problems electrical and

- High School Diploma, Electro-Mechanical Technical Training a must. B.S. College degree a plus.
- Five (5) years minimum experience working with production equipment in an industrial, manufacturing, pharmaceutical
- Three (3) years of related experience with industrial packaging, labeling machines. Rotary die cutting machines a plus.
- Ability to lift objects weighing 25 to 50 pounds.
- Ability to occasionally work in poor weather conditions including but not limited to heat, cold, rain, and snow.
- Must be able to apply logical thinking to various situations and follow standards, procedures, and instructions.
- Must be organized and have leadership attributes.
