Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage complex client engagements from planning through delivery, ensuring high-quality work is completed on time and within budget
- Serve as the primary client contact, building strong relationships and presenting insights and recommendations to executive stakeholders
- Mentor and develop team members, providing guidance, feedback, and oversight to support performance and growth
- Drive business development efforts by identifying new opportunities, expanding existing relationships, and contributing to industry presence
- Develop strategic solutions and internal resources to address client challenges and enhance team capabilities
What you need:
- CPA
- Six or more years of FDD and consulting experience
