Entry Level Customer Representative Responsibilities:
- Launch structured outreach campaigns to introduce AT&T wireless, fiber, and bundled service tiers using approved retail engagement workflows.
- Assess service requests by identifying connectivity goals, usage patterns, and budget alignment to recommend tailored AT&T retail solutions.
- Execute enrollment workflows by completing documentation, verifying service eligibility, and coordinating activation timelines across AT&T provisioning systems.
- Maintain CRM accuracy by logging service interactions, account status, and provisioning milestones to support campaign tracking and store-level performance.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align onboarding documentation, service readiness, and delivery benchmarks with AT&T’s retail standards.
- Review store metrics and contribute actionable insights to refine outreach strategy, reduce activation delays, and support customer retention goals.
Entry Level Customer Representative Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required. Business, communications, or marketing coursework is a plus.
- Experience in retail sales, outreach, or enrollment—especially in telecom, electronics, or subscription-based services.
- Strong communicator. Explains AT&T service tiers, plan options, and enrollment steps with clarity.
