The majority of your day is spent receiving small shipments. We use Fed-Ex, UPS, LTL as well as other carriers, using the latest software to expedite the process. You will be on your feet all day in this energized and fast-paced environment working with many people not only throughout the department but also with those in other departments, communicating with most of the organization.

- Process the receiving of most incoming and outgoing packages.
- Process batch labels.
- Working with computer various systems
- Understand and successfully utilize common carrier shipping methods.
- Motivate and encourage positive interactions within and between departments.
- Encourage and support quality standards.
- Able to work solo and as part of a team
- Communicate effectively with all levels of management and staff
- Learn new technologies to stay current and improve established workflows.
- Loading and unloading trucks
We all help other team members as needed, so your additional responsibilities may include:
- Picking/packing
- Kit assembly
- Various other warehouse projects
- Basic material handling
- Movement of inventory on pallets
- Sorting and storing inventory
- Good computer skills
- Experience using the computer systems of Fed-Ex, UPS, etc
- Ability to manage a fast-paced workload
- Valid driver's license.
- Microsoft Office (a plus).
- Flexibility to adapt to frequent changes and meet client demands.
- Able to multitask and juggle multiple projects at once.
- Able to read, speak, and write in the English language.
- Able to lift/carry 50lbs with or without accommodation.
- Able to work with carts, dollies, hand trucks, pallet jacks, etc.
- Standing/walking for 8-9 hours per day is common for this position, as well as frequent bending, reaching, pushing, pulling, squatting, and climbing stairs.
- $18-$22 hr (depending on experience)
- $100 annual footwear allowance (after 90 days)
