Weld Line Supervisor

CHUTES International is seeking an experienced Welding Supervisor to lead our fabrication team. If you're a knowledge MIG welder who enjoys mentoring & leading teams, improving processes, creating quality products and meeting deadlines.
This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll oversee daily shop operations while helping fabricate high-quality products used in commercial construction projects across the country.
What You'll Do
- Lead and develop a team of welders and fabricators
- Plan daily production to meet schedules and deadlines
- Ensure quality standards are met on every project
- Promote a safe, organized, and productive work environment
- Train employees and help build the next generation of skilled welders
- Partner with engineering, operations and sales to continuously improve processes
- Perform hands-on MIG welding and fabrication as needed
We're Looking For
- 7 years of welding and fabrication experience
- 3 years of supervisory or lead experience
- Strong MIG welding skills
- Ability to read fabrication drawings
- AWS Certification preferred
- Positive leadership style with a passion for coaching others
- Commitment to safety, quality, and teamwork

Pay: $75,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
