Painter

We are looking for an experienced, dependable, and detail-oriented Skilled Apartment Painter / Maintenance Technicianto join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have experience with apartment turnover (cycle) painting and basic repair work, while taking pride in delivering high-quality results.

Responsibilities

● Perform cycle painting in occupied and vacant apartments.

● Prepare surfaces by patching, sanding, priming, and painting walls, ceilings, doors, trim, and baseboards.

● Complete light spackling, plaster repairs, and minor sheetrock installation and repairs.

● Perform caulking and grouting to provide a clean, professional finish.

● Inspect completed work to ensure it meets company quality standards.

● Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe.

● Communicate regularly with management regarding job progress and any issues encountered.

● Take clear before-and-after photos of completed work using a working smartphone.

● Complete assigned work orders in a timely and professional manner.

Qualifications

● Minimum of 2 years of residential or apartment painting experience preferred.

● Experience with light sheetrock, plaster, spackling, caulking, and grouting.

● Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality workmanship.

● Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

● Excellent communication skills.

● Must have a working smartphone for communication and job documentation.

● Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are preferred.

Pay: $22.00 - $28.00 per hour
