We are seeking a qualified and dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities
- Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
- Establish client relationships by providing outstanding customer support through various channels including phone and email.
- Assist customers with inquiries regarding products and services, ensuring their needs are met promptly.
- Handle outbound calling to follow up on customer issues or feedback.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions through data entry.
- Utilize Microsoft Office tools to document information and create reports as needed.
- Demonstrate effective phone etiquette while communicating with clients.
- Analyze customer feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement in service delivery.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance overall client services and support strategies.
Experience
- College Degree Preferred.
- Bilingual or multilingual capabilities are highly desirable.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills (written, verbal, and listening).
- Strong typing skills with attention to detail for accurate data entry.
- Able to work in a team environment and multi-task.
- Property & Casualty license (must have or be able to obtain before starting).
- Life & Health license (must have or be able to obtain before starting).
- Familiarity with computer systems and software applications relevant to customer service operations.
