Job Summary
We are seeking a qualified and dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional support and ensuring a positive experience with energy and knowledge. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to handle various customer inquiries effectively. This position requires proficiency in customer service practices and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Responsibilities

  • Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
  • Establish client relationships by providing outstanding customer support through various channels including phone and email.
  • Assist customers with inquiries regarding products and services, ensuring their needs are met promptly.
  • Handle outbound calling to follow up on customer issues or feedback.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions through data entry.
  • Utilize Microsoft Office tools to document information and create reports as needed.
  • Demonstrate effective phone etiquette while communicating with clients.
  • Analyze customer feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement in service delivery.
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance overall client services and support strategies.

Experience

  • College Degree Preferred.
  • Bilingual or multilingual capabilities are highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills (written, verbal, and listening).
  • Strong typing skills with attention to detail for accurate data entry.
  • Able to work in a team environment and multi-task.
  • Property & Casualty license (must have or be able to obtain before starting).
  • Life & Health license (must have or be able to obtain before starting).
  • Familiarity with computer systems and software applications relevant to customer service operations.
