Our office receives a steady stream of referrals and has a large, established patient base with significant treatment needs. You’ll work alongside a skilled, efficient staff who help maximize your productivity and clinical focus. We are a PPO/fee-for-service practice — no HMOs or Medicaid — ensuring that you are compensated appropriately for your skills and production. The guaranteed base is just the beginning. Associates are paid 30% of adjusted production, and high performers have strong six-figure earning potential well beyond the guarantee. You’ll have the opportunity to perform a wide range of procedures, including:Aligner therapyImplant surgical placement and restorationMolar endodontics We actively support and encourage clinical growth and provide training and mentorship so you can expand your skill set within your comfort level.
