About the Role:
Overview:
Churchill Cost Consultants (Churchill) is seeking an experienced Project Scheduler to support a portfolio of infrastructure projects for a Fortune 100 technology client. This role will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and analyzing project schedules to ensure successful delivery across multiple workstreams. The ideal candidate brings a strong foundation in project controls, with the ability to proactively identify risks, drive accountability, and provide clear schedule insights to stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain detailed project schedules in alignment with contract requirements and project objectives
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and cross-functional teams to define scope, sequencing, and durations
- Track progress, update schedules, and analyze impacts to critical path and key milestones
- Identify schedule risks and opportunities; provide mitigation strategies and recovery plans
- Perform schedule quality checks and ensure adherence to scheduling best practices and standards
- Generate reporting and dashboards to communicate schedule status to internal and client stakeholders
- Support change management efforts, including schedule impact analysis for scope changes
- Participate in regular project reviews and provide clear, actionable insights on schedule performance
Qualifications:
- 6–10 years of experience in project scheduling or project controls
- Proficiency in scheduling tools such as Primavera P6 and/or Microsoft Project
- Strong understanding of critical path methodology (CPM) and scheduling best practices
- Experience supporting large-scale, complex projects (technology, infrastructure, or construction preferred)
- Ability to interpret contracts and align schedules with project requirements
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Detail-oriented with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Preferred:
- Experience supporting data center or technology infrastructure projects
- Familiarity with cost controls and integrated project controls environments
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
