A rare opportunity to join a 30 year-old, multi- award-winning, luxury vacation planning agency in Naperville, Illinois.

We are seeking a mature, well-educated individual with personal luxury travel experience and a genuine comfort level working over the phone with high-income, international travelers. We offer travel benefits, profit-sharing, and quarterly bonus opportunities.

• We have a waiting list for clients so this is not a sales position. We are seeking a creative person who can work 3-5 days per week (Your choice) in a comfortable office setting working on travel documentation and research for our clients in 48 states. Our hours are 9:00-5:00 pm. No evenings or weekends.
• We will train the right individual with excellent office skills combined with five-star cruise and international travel experience. Must live in close proximity to our Naperville, Illinois office. We require superior computer skills and mastery of Word, Excel, and some use of graphics. Unusually strong telephone skills required to talk with and service the needs of our incredible clientele.

• This is a chance to run a department handling itineraries and reservations throughout the world. Our business is 50% luxury cruise ships and river cruises. You would be talking with cruise lines, airlines, tour operators, securing pricing, making reservations, and organizing documents for the nation's most respected luxury travel firm.
• Our average transaction is well over $20,000. Our clients live in 49 states and seven countries. They are carefully selected - wonderful people. We rarely take calls from strangers.
