Duties

• Oversee daily restaurant operations, including managing staff schedules, shift management, and ensuring smooth service flow
• Lead and motivate team members through effective training, staff development, and performance management
• Ensure high standards of food preparation, presentation, and safety are maintained in compliance with health regulations
• Manage inventory control, food safety procedures, and food handling practices to minimize waste and optimize costs
• Utilize POS systems order processing, cash handling, and sales reconciliation
• Supervise kitchen operations including food production, catering services, and bar experience to deliver quality offerings
• Conduct hiring interviews, staff onboarding, and ongoing training to build a skilled hospitality team
• Analyze profit and loss statements to identify opportunities for revenue growth and cost savings
• Maintain excellent customer service standards by addressing guest concerns promptly and professionally

Qualifications

• Proven experience in quick service & fast food restaurant management or casual dining environments with a strong background in food industry operations
• Demonstrated supervising experience with team leadership responsibilities in hospitality or restaurant settings
• Knowledge of food preparation techniques, culinary experience, and food safety management practices
• Familiarity with POS systems
• Strong skills in inventory control, and budgeting,
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to train staff effectively and foster teamwork
• Experience in managing hospitality teams within hotel or banquet settings is a plus
• Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and perform shift management efficiently
• Background in catering or bar experience is advantageous but not required
• Passion for delivering outstanding customer service in a fast-paced environment

Pay: From $60,000.00 per year
